Will I need to sign a cleaning service contract?

A.

Because we value your business and wish to develop a happy working relationship, we don’t believe in locking you into a contract. You can pay at the time of each cleaning and schedule as needed, whether you are a residential or a commercial customer.

Do you bring your own supplies?

A.

For residential accounts, we will bring all supplies necessary to clean your home or office properly. If there are specific products that you prefer, please provide these for our team the day of the cleaning and we will be happy to use them as instructed.

For commercial accounts, we will bring cleaning chemicals & agents and equipment necessary to clean your business properly. Other supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, garbage bags, etc. must be provided by the client.

What if my home situation changes, will it increase my prices?

A.

Should you change your schedule or family situation, your ongoing basic cleaning rate is subject to change. Some of these changes may be included, but are not limited to: adding more rooms, growing family or guests, added pets, post-party cleanings, or deep level tasks requested.

If you are scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or monthly and you move the date to a further date, that will increase the work load or time which may increase the price.

What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?

A.

Your satisfaction is most important to A2Z Home Cleaners. If you are not 100% satisfied, please report the issue immediately and we will take care of any needs without delay.  Call us at our office at 602-412-3434.

How do you access my home?

A.

There are ways that we can access your home. See our Time of Arrival Policy below.

  1. You can leave a key with us, which we will keep in a key safe.
  2. You can leave a key in a hidden, accessible spot at your residence.
  3. You can be home the day of the cleaning to meet the Cleaning Technicians.
  4. If you have an alarm system at your home or office, it is preferred that your alarm remain off during the day of the cleaning or you may provide a temporary access code.
  5. The most efficient and problem-free way is for a key to be left with the cleaning company. Using this method, you will not have to wait around to meet the Cleaning Technicians.

How many people will clean my home or office?

A.

Our Cleaning Technicians usually work in teams of two. Sometimes, we will send teams of more than two depending on the type of cleaning and the size of the home or business.

I do have Wooden Floors also, what is your procedure to clean it?

We provide our best Wood Cleaner.

Q?

We are renting a house/apartment/condo and we put a deposit down and we prefer to hire you to do the cleaning. Is there a warranty that we will get the deposit back?

A.

Yes, your deposit will be given to you 100%.

We are moving out of this home and moving into a different one, can you clean the one we are moving into before we start moving, and then clean the one we move out of when we have completed our move.

Yes, we would be happy to do that for you.

If we need an extra cleaning for a special occasion, can you accommodate to clean our home or office?

A.

Yes, 24-48 hours of notice will work for us.

What advantage is there to be on a regular schedule for cleaning?

We can work on a schedule that fits your needs.  We have weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly rates that we can lock in for you, giving you an excellent discounted price for cleaning more often.
